This is about the importance of your own creativity, your own special song to sing; your role to play which only you can do. Something which gets your juices flowing and about which you feel totally enthusiastic.  When this is blocked, we get unwell.  When it is active we are well.  However long it takes, never stop until you find your own special song and you will find this commitment brings health – of body, mind and spirit.
