“5 Health Tips” – No. 2. today

I once saw a pie-chart for ‘time’. It was divided into three equal segments, one 8-hour piece representing sleep, one 8-hour slot for work and one for recreation.  When you think of ‘health’, do you use your 8-hours of recreation well? (Forgive this if you have rarely any time to yourself because of personal circumstances). Sometimes it is good to sit down and work out ways to improve how you ‘garden’ your life, nourish it, renew it.
