Nowadays it is known that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs can change the way our cells function.  Negativity damages cells. To reduce negativity of all descriptions in your life and increase the positive is high up on the things you can do to improve your health.

To feel good we have to think good.  It takes hard work to feel good, but it is of immense significance to your immune system and your whole health – as well as being a lot more fun.
