For a sweet-tooth moment

Sesame Delights

1/2 cup of sesame seeds

1 cup walnuts

1 and 1/2 cups stoned dates

1 and 1/2 cups raisins

good pinch salt.

 

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor, but not too much.

1.  Press into a tin and chill in fridge for 1 hour.  Cut into squares.

or

2.  Form into small balls with the hands. Place in fridge to chill for an hour.

You should get about 30 squares or balls.
