No. 5 – management of stress

Has to be meditation.

The pinnacle of praise.

Try it for a week.

Take 10 minutes and sit comfortably.  Follow your breath in, softly and gently entering your body and then your breath coming out, warm.  Focus on your breath and when your mind takes you away to some distraction, just come back to the breath. That is meditation.

Even though meditation is not a therapy, its effects are often therapeutic and the medical profession and far beyond is now acknowledging the benefits of it.
