Tahini Sauce and Tahini Dressing

Tahini sauce is good over noodles or steamed vegetables.

Take 1/2 cup of tahini

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh parsley

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

3/4 cup water.

Mix all of the ingredients except the water in a food processor or blender. Slowly add the water and mix until the dressing is well combined.

Tahini Dressing

1 dessertspoon tahini

1 1/2 dessertspoons of olive oil

1 dessertspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon made mustard

1 teaspoon of rice vinegar.

This makes quite a sweet dressing. Leave our the honey if you choose.
