To understand what is contributing to our stress we need to see what we are holding onto. Do we need to forgive? Need to speak to someone? We need to be aware of where our thoughts go. Watch yourself closely – do you find yourself going over again and again a situation, a conversation? This is where your power is going and using your energy to hold onto this “unfinished business”. You can decide to let it go. Remember how important ‘intention’ is and that you can choose to let go.
